(NLDO) – The Ca Men snakehead fish porridge flour product has now been certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
On June 13, in Ho Chi Minh City, the startup Ca Men, along with LNS International Corporation, held a signing ceremony for the exclusive distribution of Quang Tri snakehead fish porridge flour and other packaged products of Ca Men in the U.S. market.
This marks the first time that snakehead fish porridge flour (banh canh ca loc), a specialty dish from Quang Tri, has been officially exported in large quantities to the U.S. It is expected that from now until 2026, LNS will transport by sea and distribute about 5-6 million Ca Men-branded snakehead fish porridge flour products in the U.S. market.
