(THPL) – On June 13, 2023, the startup Ca Men, along with LNS International Corporation, held a signing ceremony for the exclusive distribution of Quang Tri Snakehead Fish Porridge Flour and other packaged products of Ca Men in the U.S. market.
This marks the first time that snakehead fish porridge flour, a specialty dish from Quang Tri, has been officially exported in large quantities to the U.S. market through the exclusive distribution agreement between the startup Ca Men and LNS International Corporation.

According to research, Ca Men is a startup project initiated in 2015 by Nguyen Duc Nhat Thuan with the desire to bring Quang Tri cuisine to the world. June 2022 marked a significant turning point for Ca Men as it simultaneously operated in both on-site dining and packaged product businesses. From this, Ca Men introduced the packaged snakehead fish porridge flour product, rich in Quang Tri flavor.
Nguyen Duc Nhat Thuan, Founder of the Ca Men brand, shared: “Snakehead fish porridge flour is the first dish from Quang Tri to be packaged and exported to demanding markets such as the U.S., Australia, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Additionally, Ca Men has 10 domestic distribution agents.”
Currently, Ca Men’s snakehead fish porridge flour product has also been certified by the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Accordingly, LNS will transport the product by sea and distribute it in the U.S. market. It is expected that LNS will distribute 4–5 million Quang Tri snakehead fish porridge flour products in the U.S. market from now until 2026.
