Starting from a small eatery serving Quang Tri flavors in the heart of Saigon since 2015, Cà Mèn has steadily grown with a mission to share authentic Vietnamese cuisine with more people. In June 2022, Cà Mèn introduced its line of frozen, ready-to-eat Vietnamese specialties—convenient, modern, yet full of traditional taste.

By 2023, Cà Mèn completed its first official export shipment to the U.S., marking the beginning of its global journey. Today, Cà Mèn products are available in the UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and continue to expand into new international markets.

Currently, Cà Mèn develops three main product formats to meet the needs of different markets:

Box format: designed for export markets, with sturdy packaging suitable for upright freezers and ensuring safety during long-distance transportation.

Pouch format: tailored for the domestic market, compact and convenient for daily storage and use.

Retort box format: currently under research and development by Cà Mèn – aiming to extend shelf life at room temperature, making it suitable for modern distribution systems and global market demands.
